This particular wedding has a very special place in my heart because the bride is one of my dear friends from my study abroad experience in Italy. I was so thrilled that Corinne wanted Tim and I to be her photographers for her wedding day, and we couldn’t be happier to share the photos! The venue was the beautiful Maravilla Gardens in Camarillo, which overlooked vast farmland and provided a stunning backdrop for the magical sunset, and Corinne and Graeme looked absolutely gorgeous walking around in the summer sunshine on the grounds. The bridesmaids all wore different dresses in a similar color, while one groomswoman opted for a gray dress to match the men. And the boys all wore fancy socks to give a little playful edge to the dapper suits. The bride and groom incorporated so many personal elements that really made the day their own: framed photos of their parents and grandparents from their wedding day, table names that commemorated special moments in their relationship, unique cocktails, a Yale pendant…everythine was just perfect. After the ceremony, instead of opting to change into a reception gown, Corinne changed her look by shaking out her updo and adding a sparkly sash…et voila! A few simple swaps that took her from elegant and formal to ready-to-party! The night was so special and I was so honored to be able to give my darling friend such an amazing memento from her wedding!
